Refund & withdrawal policy

This policy applies to all online courses of Tiba Dental Academy, operated by Tiba Dental Center, Turnhoutsebaan 112, 2140 Antwerpen, Belgium — company no. BE 0733.765.408.

1. 14-day right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law you can normally withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

2. Digital content: when the right of withdrawal ends

A course is digital content that opens immediately after payment. When you buy, you expressly agree that access starts straight away and you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once you open the course.

• Not opened any lesson yet: you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
• Course started: no refund, except in the cases under point 3.

3. Technical problems or double payment

If you cannot access a course because of a fault on our side that we cannot fix within 7 days, or if you paid twice, we refund you in full.

4. How to ask for a refund

Email info@tiba.site with your name, the email address used for the purchase and the course name. We reply within 5 working days and refund through the same payment method (PayPal or bank transfer) within 14 days of approval.
