1. Professional Eligibility and Scope
Target Audience: Tiba Dental Academy provides advanced continuing professional education intended strictly for qualified dental surgeons, dental practitioners, postgraduates, and senior dental students in their clinical years.
No License Granted: Completion of any academic course or professional diploma grants academic certification and clinical skill advancement. It does not substitute for a formal university degree in dentistry, nor does it independently grant a legal state license to practice dentistry or a specific specialty.
2. Account Registration and Security
To access our courses, you must create a student account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.
You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Account Sharing Prohibited: Your account is strictly personal. Sharing your login details with other practitioners or individuals will result in immediate termination of your access without a refund.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All materials provided on this platform—including but not limited to high-definition clinical videos, lecture presentations, downloadable PDF checklists, flowcharts, quiz questions, and graphics—are the exclusive intellectual property of Tiba Dental Academy.
Students are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and read materials for personal educational use.
Prohibited Actions: You may not record, screen-capture, download (unless explicitly permitted), modify, republish, or distribute any content from the academy.
Any detected violation will lead to permanent legal action and revocation of certification.
